The customer relied on Microsoft to run its business. Most of the Run The Business (RTB) components (email, office, OS, etc.) were on Microsoft Platform. The challenge was in gaining visibility and quantifying predictable future requirements. Without visibility of its licensing situation or needs, it was difficult to gauge its existing environment.

The agreement was also changed at renewal.
