Having locations span 7 different countries, the customer contacted XORISK to help properly manage and answer questions surrounding their IBM licenses. The situation surrounding IBM licensing was to complex and confusing for the organization so they referred to XORISK’s expertise.

SOLUTION

XORISK SAM team members created a personalized questionnaire and tool structure to help gather the proper information surrounding IBM licensing within the organization. Once all the information surrounding IBM licenses was gathered and reviewed XORISK could then give a more in-depth analysis of the proper IBM licenses the company should be using and needed to purchase. XORISK helped to standardize the company’s IBM licensing environment which lead to a more efficient work flow throughout all branches of the organization. In addition to the initial environment analysis, every 3 months XORISK compares the current situation to what was recorded to ensure the environment is properly monitored and maintained.
